“For Rent By Owner” Services (Forms Provided)
- Assess Owner’s property, help establish criteria and advise Owner of terms and conditions.

- Recommend Walk-Through Inspections (form provided) and Owner to take interior/exterior pictures.

Fees: One time rate starting from $600.
